Scurry League
Volucris Scurry League will test the skills of both Handlers and Dogs with 4 Scurries at every event.
Round 1 takes place at Bede Eventing Spring Carnival in Thoresby 29th March.
There will be 5 further rounds to decide the ultimate winners.
We have some fantastic prizes from our Sponsors and this year we have a separate League for AV Spaniels/AV Retrievers.
Thats not all
We’ve also introduced a new Pairs Competition at certain events that will see a Spaniel and Retriever working together to complete at least 5 challenging retrieves.
Scurry League Points
4 Scurries and the fastest accumulated time will determine the winner at each round.
1st Place
at each round receives 30 points.
2nd Place
Will receive 20 points.
3rd Place
Will receive 10 points.
The Winner
The Handler and Dog with the most points at the end of the final round will become the League Winner.
Daily Scurries cost £3 per run.
Handlers can enter the daily Scurries after they’ve completed their League runs.

The Inner Leader Cup
The fastest 4 Spaniels and Retrievers from Rounds 3, 4 and 5 of the Scurry League will have a chance to compete for the Inner Leader Cup.
Taking place 5th October at Osberton, the Cup Final will see 12 Spaniels and 12 Retrievers going head to head to see who can lift the Inner Leader Cup.
